Only he's NOT and he is a spitting image of the Royal Rule-The-Whole-Damn-Galaxy Family (can't remember yet another alien name, sorry), who is dfntly NOT human.
He's also their son and Dah Prince, as in Dah Frigging Royal Prince Twin.

I wish all the aliens/ species/politics/war info wasn't jammed into 150 pages. There is at least good 6 seasons of TV shows in here. Good stuff, too.
